At Indiedots, we care about the quality of our products and services, as well as our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on our website, you may request a refund under a set of conditions and terms detailed below.

Returns for Brands and Domains

If the domain transfer has already been completed: Due to the retroactive nature of a domain transfer, we cannot offer refunds once the transfer process has been initiated.
If you have received the brand files: Once you have gained access to the original files of the purchased brand, a refund cannot be issued. Access to these files constitutes ownership of the brand, which invalidates eligibility for a refund.
Withdrawal period: Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

Aditional Notes

Since brand files are delivered manually following communication to initiate the domain transfer, we recommend submitting any refund request during this period.
If you have obtained the brand files but the domain transfer has not yet been initiated, you may request a proportional refund. However, this will result in the forfeiture of ownership rights to the domain.

Returns for Logos

If you have accessed/downloaded the files: Once you have gained access to the original files of the purchased logo, a refund cannot be issued. Downloading these files constitutes ownership of the logo, which invalidates eligibility for a refund.
Withdrawal period: Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.

All returns involve the forfeiture of rights to any purchased brand, domain, or logo, and the item in question will be relisted for sale on our platform.
